Tuition and Payments
The following are the Rules and Regulations of DANCE CENTRAL performing arts, LLC. Please read this carefully, the parent must agree to all of the DCPA Terms and Conditions upon registration.
Tuition Policy (2024-2025)
All payments are processed through Dance Studio Pro.
SEPTEMBER ENROLLMENT
TUITION IS A 10 MONTH PROGRAM, BROKEN INTO 5 PAYMENTS, it is not a monthly tuition amount. The $40nonrefundable registration fee and Sept/June tuition must be paid at registration, a student is not considered enrolled in the class until these charges are paid. Tuition must be paid by the 10th of the month on a bi-monthly basis, you will receive an email reminder notification the week tuition is due.
All students are considered to be a registered students of Dance Central performing arts, LLC until the recital in June. Therefore, you are responsible for tuition, costume payments and any other expenses until that time. If your child stops dancing, for any reason, you must notify the studio in writing, until such time you will continue to be responsible for all expenses.

All costume orders, tickets and any apparel orders are FINAL sale and NON-REFUNDABLE - we can exchange costumes and apparel for size only - custom apparel with DPCA logo or child's name on it CANNOT be exchanged for size.

- November 1 - Costume Deposit ($50 per costume for the June Recital)
- First Week of December (December & January Tuition)
- First Week of February (February & March Tuition)
- Costume Balance Due Upon Receipt (Estimated March 15)
- First Week of April (April & May Tuition)

Costume Deposits
- A $50 per costume deposit is due on November 1st. Late payment will incur an additional cost for rush shipping.
- Full costume balance is due upon receipt of costume invoice (estimated March 15). Students will not be permitted to perform. You will not receive your child's costume or additional apparel until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
- Costumes will be ordered for all registered students as of November 15th and you will be responsible for payment in full, even if your child leaves the school for any reason.
- Costume pick-up date: TBD
- Tuition, costumes and all outstanding balances must be paid in full in order to pick up costumes and purchase recital tickets.
Additional Policies
If a student is absent due to injury, notification of absence must be in writing and include a doctor's note and be submitted to the front desk.
There are NO REFUNDS for missed classes. Any class may be made up in an alternate class. Please note that this year’s calendar allows for 4 cancellations of any kind. If we miss more than 4 days due to weather, teacher illness or emergencies, the class will either be rescheduled or you may make it up in another class time.

- All tuition is due the first week of the month.
- We do not mail out monthly bills. We send an e-mail reminder one week before tuition is due. We follow the schedule posted above. If a late fee is imposed, it must be paid. If it is not paid, it will be added to the following month’s tuition.
- There is a $40.00 Annual Registration Fee. Reduced fee for siblings.
